Text Box: Leslie Wayne Ross, age 39 of Payson, was arrested for possession of marijuana for sale, aggravated driving under the influence and possession of burglary tools. A deputy responded to the report of threats in Tonto Basin. A weapon was confiscated from one subject. Nothing further was reported. John George Dow, age 61 of Payson, was arrested on criminal damage. Lonnie Brian Janeway, age 48 of Payson, was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended license and driving under the influence. Ivoury Joseph Thomas, age 28 of Whiteriver, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant out of Gila County Justice Court. Another “Fickle Finger” Award goes out in Tonto Basin again. While checking on a follow up call, a deputy came across a vehicle stuck in the Tonto Creek Store Crossing. With assistance from Tonto Basin Fire Department, Patricia Jean Thomas was safely rescued and cited for reckless driving. The vehicle was retrieved by Four Peaks Towing. Sherman Colby Wagstaff, age 26 of Tonto Basin, was arrested while confined in the Gila County jail on charges of contempt of court on original charge of Driving under the influence. Deputies responded to Gisela for a report of notice disturbance. Joshua R. Borchers, age 39 of Payson was arrested for disorderly conduct. Scott Michael Brannon, age 49 of Concho, AZ was arrested for false information and open container. Dana Harold Curtis, age 24 of Sheep Springs, NM, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Oliver Ryan King, age 27 of Farmington, NM was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
